Vail-Summit-Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery (VSON) has proudly served one of the most active sports populations in the country since 1979. Our providers comprise some of the country’s top orthopaedic and neurosurgeons, six of whom serve the prestigious US Ski Team.
We currently have three practices in Frisco, Vail, and Edwards. We also provide care at Middle Park Health in Grand County, and we’ll be coming soon to more mountain communities in Colorado.

Over the past four decades, VSON has advanced its treatment and rehabilitation plans to the highest level. We are committed to compassionate and thorough care, and our goal for each patient we serve is to get them back to the activities they love.
Our providers specialize in the treatment, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of bone, joint, and muscle injuries and conditions throughout the musculoskeletal system. Our team of exemplary providers includes registered orthopaedic technologists, certified physician assistants and athletic trainers, and of course, experienced fellowship-trained doctors who rank among the top specialists in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine.
As part of our commitment to comprehensive orthopaedic care, we offer our patients a variety of convenient services through our ambulatory surgery center, digital X-ray, durable medical equipment (DME), electromyography (EMG), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound-guided injections. You expect excellence and the latest in evidence-based orthopaedic medicine, and our providers collaborate responsibly to ensure that your individual care and recovery are a success.
